What we collect

When you send a form, we collect your name, company, phone number, email and what you write. When you call, we see your number. When you email a plan set, we keep the files you send.

What we use it for

We use it to answer you, to set up your account, to bid your plans and to schedule and invoice your lots. We don't sell it. We share it only with a supplier or inspector when a job needs it.

How long we keep it

Account and job records stay as long as a permit, an inspection or a billing question may need them. A request that never became an account is deleted when you ask.

Plans and files you send

Plan sets and lot lists go to our estimating and scheduling staff. We use them to bid and plan the work and we don't post them.
