Builder accounts
For builders
An account is how we plan the work with you: your plan list, how you release lots, who we call on site, and how inspections and punch lists are tracked.
Plan list
Your floor plans and option sets, bid once and reused on every lot.
Release method
Email, phone or your own scheduling thread. You pick one and we keep to it.
Site contacts
A superintendent for each subdivision, and a name on our side for each.
Inspection tracking
One list of every lot, which inspection is requested and which has passed.
Punch-list sign-off
One list per lot, closed item by item and signed by your superintendent.
Invoicing by phase
An invoice as each inspection passes, in the format your office uses.
Before the first release
What we need from you
Most of this is already in your plan set and your permit file. Send what you have and we ask for the rest.
Send us
The plan set, with the plumbing sheets
A lot list in the order you start them
The foundation for each plan: slab, crawlspace or basement
The permit office and inspector contact for each jurisdiction
Who on your side signs the punch list

About accounts
How do I open a builder account?
Send the form on this site. Our builder accounts manager follows up to set up your plan list, your release method and a contact for each subdivision.
Do you plumb houses with basements and crawlspaces?
Yes. Slab, crawlspace and basement plans each have their own underground and rough-in sequence, and the bid says which one it priced.
Can you start a subdivision in phases?
Yes. Many accounts release a few lots at a time. The bid prices the plan, and each release sets the dates.
Is a certificate of insurance available?
A certificate of insurance goes to your office when the account is set up, and again when it renews.
Do you take single-home repair calls or remodels?
No. This crew works on new construction for builders and developers, so we can keep the schedule we give you.
